Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation of Admission: Admission once taken can be cancelled as per the guidelines of [University Name/State Govt]. Students must submit a written application to the Principal for cancellation.
2. Refund of Fees:

Registration Fees: The one-time registration fee of ₹1000 is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tuition Fees: If a student cancels admission before the start of the session, fees will be refunded after deducting a processing charge of ₹1,000. If admission is cancelled after the session has started, no fees will be refunded.

Payment Failures: In case of a double payment or transaction failure where money is deducted but not received by the college, the amount will be automatically refunded to the source account within 5-7 working days.
